    A $10,000 emergency-only fund (e.g., damage to common property). At least 10% of road/facility fees are added annually until it reaches $10,000. Withdrawals require the approvals specified in the By-Laws; if used, it must be replenished. (By-Laws, Art. XI)

    A County zoning fee used for repairing subdivision roads, paid per the current Architectural Guidelines. Failure to pay may result in a lien at the lot owner’s expense. (By-Laws, Art. X §5)

    A sanitary district allows the County to bill/collect a uniform fee (improves compliance), may be mortgage-escrowed, can offer tiered rates for undeveloped lots, impact fees for builders, and access to disaster relief/surplus property.
