  • What is a sanitary district and why consider it?

    A sanitary district allows the County to bill/collect a uniform fee (improves compliance), may be mortgage-escrowed, can offer tiered rates for undeveloped lots, impact fees for builders, and access to disaster relief/surplus property. The County collection fee is 5% + $350. (Warren County Brochure, Jan 2019)

  • What about Short-Term Rentals (Airbnb/VRBO)?

    LFRPOA follows County §180-56.4 and permanently recommends disapproval. If a homeowner obtains a County Conditional Use Permit, LFRPOA requires a $2,500 annual fee. (By-Laws, Art. X §6)
