Warren County collects $345.00 per lot and .035 cents per $100 improved assessment per year to pay maintenance costs, as well as a $50.00 fee to run the corporation, half is collected in June and half in December when you receive your county tax bill. The fees are listed as Sanitary Fees. These fees are adjusted annually.
