• Minutes are the legal record. They must include date/place/time/type and attendance, and be posted within 30 days, then approved by motion/second/vote at a subsequent meeting and signed by appropriate Board members. (By-Laws, Art. VI §8)

  • The Board cannot levy special assessments on its own. Any special assessment requires approval by a majority of votes cast (in person or by mail) at a properly called meeting. (By-Laws, Art. V §7)

  • Pets must be under physical and/or vocal control at all times. Loose animals may be reported to the County Animal Warden at the owner’s expense. Licensing/vaccinations should follow County/State ordinances. (Rules 2025)
