• Can I use an ATV/UTV/dirt bike on community roads?

    Yes, but only on roads/parking lots (not grass or around the lake). The operator must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license and is liable for any road damage. (Rules 2025)

  • Are motorized boats allowed?

    No. Only non-motorized small craft (e.g., small rowboats, sailboats) are permitted on the lake. (Rules 2025)

  • Is overnight parking allowed?

    Limited overnight parking for members is allowed in the lot by the mailboxes. If you’ll exceed 48 hours, email the Board. Any vehicle parked more than 7 days without permission—or unauthorized vehicles—may be towed (3-day notice tag prior to towing). (Rules 2025)
